Winnie the Pooh entered the Public Domain on January 2022. As a joke I asked my followers "wouldn't it be funny if we saw him turned into a demon hunter?" 

This simple joke sparked a fun discussion and some silly sketches, like the one you see here. What started as a joke took a drastic turn into a serious endeavor, I couldn't stop thinking of all the fun and silly possibilities to be had! In March I had a good friend work on a small, short story to see what could be done. 

But things really took off when my wife, who grew up loving Winnie the Pooh took notice of my shenanigans and started pitching ideas. Out of the two of us, my wife had a deeper love and understanding for Winnie and his friends that sparked something in me. Beside her, my kids loved Winnie the Pooh, with the show on during rest periods and stuff animals of them scattered around the house. It was my oldest daughter who demanded I put Eeyore in the story! 

After talking with my wife and seeing her passion for this series, if I was going to set out and do this, I had to consider the legacy of this series and those that have grown up loving it. Millions have grown up loving this series, I felt it became my duty to show respect and honor for what has come before. 

My family has been integral in the process, so I dedicate this series to them. Without them this series would be nothing.
